Q: What does withNexus Studio build?

Q: How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes work: it holds context, decides what step comes next, calls real tools such as a CRM, calendar or internal API, checks the result, and either finishes the job or escalates to a person with the full history attached.

Q: Do you replace the tools a business already uses?

No. Agents are built to work inside existing systems. If a CRM, helpdesk, calendar, database or internal service exposes an API, the agent gets a scoped tool for the specific reads and writes it needs. Nothing has to be migrated to adopt an agent.

Q: Which AI models does withNexus Studio build on?

Whichever fits the workflow. Work spans Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and open models, chosen per task rather than as a vendor commitment — a latency-bound voice turn and a long research task rarely want the same model, and that decision should stay changeable.

Q: How long does an AI agent project take?

A single well-scoped workflow typically reaches production in four to eight weeks: discovery and design, build and integration, then a supervised rollout. Larger multi-agent systems take longer, and the time usually goes to data access and permissions rather than to modelling.

Q: How does withNexus Studio handle client data?

Work happens inside the client's own accounts and infrastructure wherever possible, credentials stay in the client's secret storage, and each integration is scoped to the data that workflow actually needs. The client owns the code, prompts, workflows and accounts.

Q: What happens when an AI agent makes a mistake?

It is caught, logged and correctable. Agents run with scoped tool permissions, confidence thresholds, human approval on irreversible actions, and a full trace of every decision and tool call — so a wrong outcome is reproducible and can be designed out rather than guessed at.

What does a typical engagement look like?
